FREE shipping for all orders over $50 AUD.
Flat rate of $5 AUD for orders under $50 AUD.
Flat rate Express shipping of $20 AUD available via Au Post.
SHIPPING TO USA:
Flat rate of $15 AUD for all orders.
Flat rate International Express shipping of $30 AUD vis Au Post.

SHIPPING TIMES
All parcels will be in standard satchel via Australia Post and Sendle. All orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you require us to send express parcel to you please select the Express shipping option at check out.

Vow Studio does not have any control or influence on any customs duties or import tax charged when your order reaches its destination country. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
We strongly suggest using a secure delivery address, such as your workplace, to ensure safe receipt of your order. Unless otherwise specified by you, by default, you authorise us to leave items at the address specified in your order.
Please note that Vow Studio cannot be held accountable for parcels that are lost or stolen.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-ordering allows the customer to order an item through our website in advance of the product's delivery date. If an item is available for pre-order it will state on the product details page that it is available for pre-order including an approximate delivery date.
If there are any issues or delay on deliveries the customer will be contacted immediately. The returns policy for pre-orders is the same as for all other orders.

All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices may be subject to change at any time and prices you see online may vary from the prices you see in-store.

ORDER TRACKING
All orders will be sent via Australia Post or Sendle with a registered tracking number. If you do not receive your order within the time specified, please contact us to track your parcel.
