Yes, they often do. Every style is a small batch: we only make 30 to 60 pieces per style across all sizes. Sometimes there are fewer than 5 pieces in a size, so if you love it, don’t wait.

No. Each piece takes around 4.5 months or more to make, so once a style sells out during Black Friday, it's gone. We only restock when there's enough love and demand for a style.

Choose your size before the sale starts so you can check out fast. You'll find our size guide and detailed measurements on every product page. Most pieces are true to size, and any extra fit notes are highlighted.

Not sure? Contact us with your measurements, height and the style you like. Ask before Black Friday starts so you can skip the rush and get your favourite piece right away.

No extra codes needed. All prices are already marked down to our best Black Friday offer, so there's no code-hunting.

We totally get it, timing can be tricky! If you placed your order within 14 days before the sale kicked off, just send us an email and we’ll happily offer you the price difference in store credit.

Email us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that we can't guarantee changes, because we start preparing orders pretty quickly.

As a two-girl team, we aim to dispatch Black Friday orders within 3–5 business days. Black Friday is busy for Australia Post too, and any delays on their side are out of our hands. If you think there's a delivery issue, let us know and we'll happily help track it down.

Yes! Select express shipping as an upgrade at checkout. More shipping details are here.

Contact us as soon as possible. We'll raise an investigation with the courier and do everything we can to help.

We recommend a secure delivery address, such as your workplace. Signature on Delivery is free, and we highly recommend it at checkout.

If you choose Authority to Leave, you're authorising the courier to leave the parcel without a signature, and accepting responsibility if it is lost or stolen after delivery.

These are all the same as usual, and we ship with Australia Post.

For shipping costs, international orders, duties and taxes, see our Order & Shipping page.

For faulty items, return shipping and international returns, see our Returns & Exchanges page.
