No, we don’t. As a slow fashion brand, each piece takes time to create, usually around 4 months or more. We only restock when there’s enough love and demand for a style, so if you see something you adore, it’s best to make it yours before it’s gone.

Yes, if you wish to return or exchange an item(s) you purchased from our online store, please pop onto our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sale items can be exchanged for a different size (in the same style only) or returned for store credit (valid for 3 years). 

Sale items purchased at or more than 50% off the RRP are Final Sale, which are not eligible for refund, exchange or redeem for store credit, unless they are found to be faulty.

As a two-girl team, we’re working our hardest to get your order out as quickly as possible, aiming to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Sometimes we get a little too much love, or our courier might have a few hiccups along the way. If you think there’s a delivery issue, just let us know and we’ll happily help track it down for you.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll raise an investigation with the courier and do everything we can to help.

We offer Signature on Delivery at no extra cost and highly recommend selecting this option at checkout.

If you choose Authority to Leave, you’re authorising the courier to leave the parcel without a signature. This means you’re confirming that the address is secure and accepting full responsibility if the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery.
