Vow Rewards is Vow Studio’s loyalty program, where you get rewarded for being part of our colourful community. By joining Vow Rewards, you gain access to a world of special perks, including gifts, vouchers, early access to our latest releases, and so much more.

Yes, as Vow Studio customers are not automatically members of Vow Rewards. You can join by clicking here.

You will be rewarded based on your total points earned. Depending on your total points, you will become eligible for a range of different rewards, from vouchers to exclusive access to sales and promotions.

You also can earn more points and upgrade your VIP tiers by placing more orders, subscribing to our newsletter, leave a review and following us on Instagram.

To become a new member, please follow these simple steps:

1. Complete and submit your application online via the 'Join Now' option on our website at https://vowstudio.com.au/pages/loyalty-page
2. Afterwards, return to the same Vow Rewards page to check your tier information.

After joining our program, you can access your account by using the 'Sign In' option on our website at https://vowstudio.com.au/pages/loyalty-page

You can also check your current tier, points balance and rewards in the same page.

The Vow Rewards tiers are determined by your total points earned. Here's how the tiers break down:

• Green Member: Total points equal to or less than 299.
• Yellow Member: Total points more than 300 but equal to or less than 799.
• Orange Member: Total points more than 800 but equal to or less than 2000.
• Pink Member: Total points of 2000 and over.

Once you have accumulated a points balance over the threshold for each tier, you will be moved into that tier within the next 72 hours.

Your points balance will be increased on all valid purchases. The returned purchases or redemption of gift cards do not count towards your points balance. Items on promotion count towards points balance at the discounted price.

Rewards cannot be earned using other Rewards as part of the transaction. Balance does not include decimal points and is rounded down to the nearest whole number for 49 cents and under and rounded up for 50 cents or more.

All points is calculated in Australian Dollar (AUD).

Your points balance and tier status can take up to 72 hours to appear in your account.

If you return a product for a refund, the cost of that product will be deducted from your points balance.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that transactions processed via guest checkout will be transferred into your account. Email our team (info@vowstudio.com.au) with your Vow Studio account details as well as the information associated with the purchase you may through guest checkout. We will take a look to align all of your information to determine whether we can transfer or add the balance to your account.

After your membership has been processed, you will gain access to the rewards associated with the tier you've joined within the next 72 hours. Please allow us some time to update your status. It's worth noting that certain rewards are tied to specific dates, events, or product launches and may not be immediately accessible.

You will receive notifications of reward eligibility via email. You will also be able to view your rewards, including your codes to redeem in your Vow Rewards page on the Vow Studio website.

Make sure you are logged into the account associated with your Vow Rewards when you complete your order so that the system knows you are eligible.

You will receive your $20 reward via email when you first subscribe to our newsletter or upon joining our Vow Rewards program (upon entering the Green tier).

Please note that the welcome reward will be automatically sent out only once per customer, based on either of the situations mentioned above.

Members will be able to redeem multiple rewards in the one transaction if they are eligible for more than one reward at the same time.

Expiration dates for Green members welcome rewards is 7 days from issue, for Yellow members welcome rewards is 50 days from issue, and Orange members welcome rewards is 80 days from issue, and for Pink members welcome rewards is 130 days from issue.

Birthday treats for all tier members are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Your Vow Rewards membership is all yours and we want you to be a little bit selfish and enjoy the rewards for yourself. With this in mind, you won’t be able to add other people to your membership or merge it with another member’s.

Yes, you can collect points and redeem your rewards either on the Vow Studio website or in our brick-and-mortar store. It's important to note that this is only valid in our standalone stores, our stockist retailers are not part of the Vow Rewards system.

By registering for Vow Rewards, you agree to receive emails and SMS messages regarding your membership to the Vow Rewards from Vow Studio. These may include information about Spend, Status, Rewards, Promotions, Sales, Events and Program updates, as well as other related materials at the discretion of Vow Studio. Existing Vow Studio customers acknowledge and agree that on application to Vow Rewards they will be re-subscribed to receive those forms of communication from Vow Studio that they had previously unsubscribed or opted out of receiving (email or SMS messages)

You will be contacted via the email address that you used to sign up for your membership to advise when your balance has been updated and you have qualified for the next tier up. You can also check your Vow Rewards page on our website.
