RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you would like to return or exchange an item/s purchased from our online store, you will need to contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Vow Studio will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item/s. We suggest you using a tracked service as we are not responsible if the item/s go missing.
Returned items must be unwashed, unused, unworn and unaltered with original tags still attached. We must receive the item/s within 7 days of original purchase date. Any items returned to us outside of this time frame will not be accepted. We have the right to refuse any item that we believe is not in the original condition that it was purchased.
Once returned items have been received, they will undergo review and once approved you will be sent your new item/s (in the case of exchange) or refunded (in the case of return without exchange) onto original payment method. Please allow 5-10 days for a refund to show in your account.
If you receive an item that you believe is faulty please contact us immediately.
For international returns, we cannot refund duties or taxes.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.
